  Good room for the price. Building and rooms are old but clean. Staff are good enough. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Area is a little secluded and you can hear other guests a lot but never felt unsafe. For a quick stop, comfy bed, and hot shower on a budget this is the place.

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel in my life! I travel weekly for work and stay in a different hotel every week. To say that my stay at this hotel was horrific would be an absolute understatement. The room they put me in had a broken toilet, broken bed and no hot water. I called the Front desk repeatedly and no one answered. When I went down to the lobby there were two other people with complaints and the front desk manager was yelling at one of the guests. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I asked that they move me to a new room which they did. I walked into the new room and pulled the sheets back and there stains on the sheets and they did not appear to be washed. I then walked in the bathroom and noticed that there were what appeared to be pubic hairs in The shower. Furthermore, there was marijuana left over on the nightstand. In addition to this, there was a broken electrical socket that was exposed and many pieces of broken furniture. At this point, I decided to check out and move to a different hotel and I was told by the front desk manager that I would not be charged whatsoever because of my experience. Again, in the lobby there were other customers there who were complaining. It was an absolute circus. A few days later I noticed that the hotel had in fact charged me for the three nights I was staying there including the night that I left the hotel and checked out. It has been months trying to work with choice hotels and has been an absolute nightmare. I cannot get reimbursed or get proper points to reimburse The nights that I stayed here. I highly recommend that you stay anywhere else in Vacaville but the quality Inn. Fortunately, I took pictures which I will post on here for all to see. What an absolute nightmare. They should condemn this hotel.
