  We’ve been to the hideaway on several occasions and usually get great food and service. However, the last two times the service was horrible. We noticed on one occasion a family came in and wasn’t seated or even acknowledged. They stood around for about 10 minutes and eventually left. On our last visit it happened to us. We sat in the bar area for about 15 minutes and were never helped or acknowledged. The bartender (Asian lady) looked over at us a couple times but never approached or asked for our order. That’s ok, the brass tap is right down the street, and has a better selection. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
