  The girl helping with the front, had great customer service. But since jiffy lube doesn’t do alignments, I took it to a mechanic after my oil change, to have them do it.
  My diagnosis with jiffy lube was that everything was fine including wheels and air, brakes and pads etc, everything was as it should be.
  Upon taking to the other mechanic I found out that all my tires were below pressure, back brakes were at 2mm (need to be changed ASAP), my power steering pump is broke, and my struts are broke and need new ones.
  I will NEVER return for service here again!!! Can’t imagine if I didn’t go to the other mechanic, what could have happened to me in the car, thinking that everything is ok...
