  Virginia the receptionist gets overwhelmed and rudely takes it out on the customers providing false advertising of deducting prep fees from return. There are advertisements ALL OVER the place and she told us we couldn't deduct it.
  
  Debra was going to take care of it, but I guess it didn't matter to her either. Virginia told us we had to pay upfront before filing. Would have recommended them to so many people, but not after this.
