  I've met hundreds of agents. Josh Murphy of Windermere Hulsey and Associates was the first and only call I made when it was time for me to buy my first home.
  
  I worked as an administrator in the real estate industry for nearly two years and even passed the state exam to become a licensed realtor. Despite having more real estate knowledge than the average bear, buying a home is a very intimidating process and I knew I'd have tons of questions. Thankfully my agent, Josh Murphy, proved to be an invaluable resource.

  We were recently connected with Michael Hulsey and Windermere Hulsey & Associates as we worked to sell our home in order to purchase a new construction. Before meeting him, we were told he was an excellent realtor, but we never anticipated how invaluable his experience and expertise would be! Michael is all you could ask for in a realtor- efficient, courteous, empathetic, knowledgeable... and not to mention incredibly experienced. Where we may have been overly cautious during certain moments of the process, he walked us through with confidence and experience. If we were to ever buy or sell a house again, we would undoubtedly use Michael!!
