  After 6 weeks of waiting to have my Polaris serviced, we found out that nothing has been done to it. This unit was still under warranty and had been purchased from this location. I saw another customer with similar experience. We contacted Polaris and they sent us a brand new unit. We have dealt with this store over 20 years and never saw the service this poor.
