  We purchased a home from Blue Mountain Realty, and I strongly suggest to any potential buyers that you avoid using Blue Mountain Realty. Our experience was that they were sleazy and unethical (check out the not-fake reviews on Yelp (all those one star reviews) and ask any real estate agent--Blue Mountain earned their bad reputation). As other reviewers say, "buyer beware!" If you must use Blue Mountain Realty, go in with your eyes wide open, and be sure to get a thorough, independent home inspection. But best to just avoid these unscrupulous people.
