  Struggling vet with ptsd had account over 12 years ago paid off my loan they had with them. They apparently didn't update it right in there system and banned then for life from holding an account there. For a bank that is pro military it's a shame they can't help a disabled vet 12 years later who made 1 mistake in a rough period in there life. Pitiful
